Questions fleets ask

What does Mansa Invoices do?

Mansa Invoices is web software that builds weekly settlement statements for trucking fleets that pay owner-operators. Each statement lists one truck’s loads for the pay week, takes out dispatch, fuel, insurance and other deductions, and shows the owner’s net pay. Plans start at $19.99 a month, and paid statements are locked.

How do I stop typing loads and fuel purchases by hand?

Import them. Mansa Invoices reads loads, fuel-card statements and previous settlements from Excel, CSV, PDF or a photo. PDFs and photos are read by Anthropic’s Claude AI. Every import opens in a preview first, so you check the rows and fix anything before it is saved to a statement.

How does Mansa work out IFTA by state?

Mansa takes miles by state from your ELD mileage report and gallons bought by state from your fuel-card statements, then works them into a quarterly IFTA draft for each truck and for the fleet. You check the draft and file the return with your base state yourself. Mansa prepares the numbers; it does not file returns.

Can owner-operators see their own pay statements?

Yes. The owner portal gives each owner-operator read-only access to their own statements and income, limited to what you allow. They cannot see other trucks, other owners or your company settings. You can also send any statement as a PDF or on WhatsApp straight from the statement page.

How much does Mansa Invoices cost?

There are three monthly plans, priced per account owner: $19.99 for up to 2 companies, $36.99 for up to 10 companies, and $55.49 with no company limit. Eligible new companies get a 14-day free trial. Sales tax and any card fee are shown in full before you pay.
